[S2] WYC Schedule Updates

Hey everyone,

The ice is now out in the bay, and the crane is *ON*. You may put your boat
in the slip provided the slip isn't under construction. If you're on A
dock, please don’t launch before your slip is ready.  Squatting in someone
else’s slip is not allowed.
