[S2] Thursday racing

We've had tons of communication this spring, and it's been challenging at
times to keep track. So just to be clear...

THURSDAY NIGHT RACING IS *ON*.

Thursday night racing (tomorrow - May 17th) will happen, but it will be
considered a Tune Up race.
