 for the summer. Whether it is pulling on halyards or trimming main, 
competition demands you are nimble, quick, powerful and and light on 
your feet as possible.<br> We will discuss strategies for weight loss 
(that don't eliminate beer--after all we're sailors), strength training 
that incorporates balance, strategies for injury prevention and
