The last race for Star of the North Regatta will not start after 12:30 noon.</div><div id="yiv3765756003yui_3_16_0_1_1440038181474_68916" dir="ltr"><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1440043033607_3986"><br></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1440043033607_3989">2. Please confirm to me that this meets your fleets understanding and expectations. If this does not meet a fleet's expectations, we should resolve asap so boats competing in C Series, Champ Series and BOTY can plan accordingly.
