We already have Mount Gay Rum and the Liquor Barn lined up for rum and beer. Also, Coherent Solutions kicked in another $1,000 in cash. Keep shaking down your networks.</li><li>We've found some additional budget, so we're back to having music all three days. Barnie is hard at work lining up the talent.</li><li>We've also managed to allocate a little more for the trophies. Lara is working on ideas.</li><li>We've locked down Connie Blanchard again for the Saturday evening food, and we're working on a few ideas for Friday night.</li><li>Mark has promised to help us find photographer(s) for on-the-water, and he will be doing the on-shore photography.</li><li>Eli and Bruce are busy with the shirt designs. I'm sure we'll love them.</li><li>One thing to note: This will only be a two-day regatta for the S2's. Three days for the rest of us. <br></li><li>I reviewed the NoR and SI's with Kevin Kenny last weekend, and we're pretty close.
