[Sonar] Imbolc party

An ancient Cornwall/Celtic holiday is Imbolc which occurs around the first 
of February to mark the noticeable increase in the length of days from the 
Yule day  (solstice day,  today actually!).

The party will be at the Foster's on January 21 and will be primarily for 
those who are attending LOWISA but extended to the Sonar fleet as a whole. 
 

We've not yet worked out the details at this point except for the date and 
time.     More details will come soon.
