Hi Ernie,

Mary and I can prepair rice or beans if needed. We also have a electric
roaster / oven that we can use. Let us know what you want us to do.
Hope to see you on the water soon !

Mark

Subject: [Sonar]End of the B party

Well, it will be easy to show up the J/22s for a series-end party. They
failed to produce food and refreshments on A6 and then did it again on
B1.

At our fleet meeting we decided to do red beans and rice again. The
Ensigns will provide the drinks.

I have the red beans and rice recipe. Last time we had 4 people make
big stock pots full of the red beans. Then we added the andouille and
put the mix in turkey roasters to heat and went sailing. When we got
back everything was nice and hot and we served them as they arrived.
Everyone was most impressed.

Warren - you got us the andouille and the rice. Can you arrange that
again?

What we need:
5 people to put prepare batches of the red bean stuff. Recipe is
attached. Make a 5 times batch which will serve 30-40 people x 5
batches = 150-200 people (maybe we need a 6th batch?)
One or more person (people) to cook a lot of rice - last time it was
Lewis with his rice cooker but he is gone now
    5-6 turkey roasters
    People to serve

Becca - the Ensigns know that you want to supervise the swamp water
formulation more closely this time. Their comment was that they
couldn't make the drinks fast enough for the customer flow. I'll let
you work with Mike Maloney (Pat's son) on that.

What have I missed? Who will volunteer to coordinate and set it up?

Ernest
