[Sonar] 2006 Sailing "Seminar"

1) I would like to weigh my boat at take out this fall after the
frostbite if it is not too much trouble. I have a lifting strap and guy
wires, but I don't know how to use them. Also what does one leave on
the boat and what gets taken off?

2) I made a few bailer seals out of a mouse pad. I think there are one
or two more in my toolbox if anyone wants to see. Water still weeps in
slowly, so they must not seal as well as the ones that Jim sells (he did
not have any on the day I was buying). In my boat, the water only comes
in until there is a cup or two in the bailer wells. It does not seem to
run around on the cockpit floor, so I am satisfied with my solution. I
only open the bailers after the boat takes water over the side.
