Hi,

Memorial Day weekend would work for us.  We'd
show up Friday afternoon, and would leave either
Sun. night or Mon. morning.

Let us know. Tony Allot (class President) is also
interested in coming.

There is of course a lot of things happening in May.      The only weekend
that seems to be good for the fleet is Memorial Day weekend.   Not sure if
that works for you.

Other than that,   we're into later into June because there are graduation
events in the first part of June.

Thomas,

Re a date for us to visit; the only weekend in May that we
can't come is May 20-21.  Nyack Boat Club in NY has a sonar
regatta that we try to go to.

So - talk it over with your fleet.  We can come either before
or after the 20th.  We'd probably arrive late Friday afternoon,
and leave Sunday night.

If you could determine which weekend  (preferably in May) as well as a
reasonable airfare cost would be I'll take it to the Sonar group and we'll

OK.  We'll plan on bringing them out with
us when we come.  If you want them sooner,
or if the trip doesn't work out, we'll ship
them.  You can pay us when you get them.

Thomas,

Yes - the jib has a tube bag.  Our main
went to a new boat in our fleet.

I think you'll enjoy the MN fleet.  We were
out there a few years ago, and had a great time.
We're looking forward to coming out again.  We had
thought about bringing our boat out and sailing in
a regatta, but I don't think we'll have time for that
this year.

Our plan is to set up our visit with you guys,
then arrange to stop at one of our customers on the way (near Green Bay)
so that we can write the trip off to business.

No rush on sending a check.  Just confirm that you
want them and we can pick up a check when we
bring them out (or ship them).

Preferably I'd just have you bring them with you when you hopefully come
here in May.    Since I'm the webmaster for the Sonar fleet here I can
prod them on it.

Our main we'll get through Scott Nixon who I know through my daughter who
was at the Rolex Women's last fall.

I'd actually like to have Scott come out here sometime too.     We have an
active and growing Sonar fleet here.

We're originally from Prout's Neck  (Cape Elizabeth ME) and know of the
Sonar fleet there and at Harseeket   (I had a J24 at Falmouth Forside) and
we're really pleased to be part of this very active fleet on Minnetonka.
The Sonar is well suited to this lake.

Hi,

Both sails are available.  We could either ship them
to you via UPS in a heavy duty corrugated box (which is
how we shipped them to England) or bring them out to you when/if we
come this spring.  Your choice.

We haven't firmed up a date for this spring yet - we're waiting
to hear back from the fleet as to when a good time might be.

I'm out at the Wayzata Sonar fleet in Minnesota  (hull #40)  and I
understand they you may be visiting us this spring, May timeframe.    If
that is the case,  perhaps delivery that that time would be appropriate.
