[Sonar] Lonar race and WYC Race schedule

In the proposed WYC race schedule for this year I did not see the Lonar 
race.    Not sure if I missed it or if its because it is scheduled only 
within the Sonar fleet organization.

Do we have this pegged for a weekend yet?   (especially considering the 
ADA Regatta move to June).      This is a race I want to specifically be 
in town for.
