Many of you will have problems whether through a proxy or direct   (e.g. 
Windows ICF) which will not allow you to get access to the 'video' itself. 
   I believe that the Kattack application may be asking the local computer 
to do something that the Proxy service is not allowing to happen directly  
(this is what proxies do,  in part)   HTTP directly to port 80 of the 
local host IP address.

If you get this,   this is actually a good sign that your network/ 
firewall  is well administrated.
