[Sonar] Help for new crew

I've made up some small cards,  which for Tally Ho! will be laminated to give to new crew members.    It has the main elements of what I typically need to instruct a new crew member.     It cuts down to about 5x7 in size.

If you find it useful,  go ahead and use it.
