[Sonar] Captain Hook Schedule

I would be interested in doing one or both of the AB regattas.  If
other skippers are interested, I would like to rotate drivers so as to
maximize the learning/fun of the experience.

If this makes sense to any other skippers, perhaps something could be
worked out.
