[Sonar] Star of the North Regatta

Hi All,
I came late, but talked to Dutch.  He is sending me the NOR and SI 
from last year either updated or not. I will fix it, float it by 
Blake, Jarod, Ernie, and Tom Elsen.
The plan is for a "trap course" for the buoys and a random buoy 
course for Saturday morning finishing on the main lake.
