The practice would be better if we coordinated types of drills via radio with a centralized coach.

Thanks to all who came out. I really enjoyed it. Hopefully all of you who also came out enjoyed it as well. I'd like to hear from any of you what you thought - good, not good, questions. Of course our execution of the moves was weak but for me I still enjoyed seeing the potential for plays and how situations evolved. 

I agree with Ernie that our next session should be drills instead of actual races so that the boat handling and positioning related to pass-backs and mark-traps can be more effectively practiced. Despite the lack of real effective practice last Thursday, it was great that we had six boats actually doing it and at least getting a taste of the whole team racing idea.
