[Sonar] new toys at wyc

We have so many great things at WYC that we're not always sure what we want to do with them. So we took two of those things and we're mixing them together. 

1) Kattack: A fantastic race watching and learning tool. A service offered by few other clubs in the world. 
2) Web Forum: We're just rolling this out, so register and add some comments. 

So we've added a few Kattack races into forum threads. Check it out and make some comments (you need to register to comment)...
