I need one volunteer to come sort trophy glassware with me on Wed Nov 10th
at 6pm.  Food will be provided.

If you have not returned your trophy yet, please do so.  Even if you won it
again.

We also need a couple of volunteers at noon on the Day of the banquet (noon)
to move all the swag to Doubletree.

 *Hi All Fleet Captains – Gentle Reminder…..*
Trophy sorting* WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 10th at 6PM at WYC*
Refreshments and food will be served….after the sorting:) Please communicate
any special requests.

*Glass Trophies*
It is expected that 2 members from each fleet come help sort the trophy
glassware for the banquet. Please communicate via email that two members
from your fleet have been identified and will be attending. Last year it
took approximately 2-3 hours.

*Traveling Trophies*
As fleet captains, you are responsible for locating your fleets traveling
trophies and confirming the last year recipient will have it cleaned and
dropped off at the club before November 1st. For engraving and cleaning,
please tell them to bring it to Evergreene Jewelers in MTKA.

*Volunteer for Banquet Set Up*
Please plan to help pickup, deliver, and set up the trophies at the Banquet
room in the Doubletree, MPLS. The volunteers will be* **meeting at the WYC
club at 12PM on Saturday November 13th. *

Thank you in advance for your help. Please communicate via email that you
received the email and two members will be attending the sorting on 11/10.
