Hi All,
Thanks to Howard for this.

Terry Foster is participating in all 5 sessions (wants to help Dad or beat
Dad. Dad is happy to have him). Terry will sail w/John Graves on Friday on
822. They may need one or 2 crew. Terry, John Dyer and Scott Colesworthy
(part of Terry's E Scow crew) will sail both Sat and Sun sessions, but need
a Sonar either with the owner onboard or without. Anybody up for this?
This is a chance to sail with top flight sailors and learn.

MAY 14TH, SATURDAY, YOU ALL COME
Its on the water training starting at 8:30 with a talk about rules and
tactics of starting. I'm going to ask Betsy to do some of it with me. Then
at 9:15 we go on the water for 2 to 2.5 hrs of 3 min starts. We then come
in to burgers, brats, and fixings and a debrief. If there are 8 Sonars, I
will arrange a separate starting line for just Sonars. Betsy will be on the
water, move the buoys around and coach.

Captain Hook will be sailing with just main and jib, but you can fly
spinnakers or sail downwind wing on wing.

Suggest you email REPLY ALL everyone knows who wants to come.

Sail Fast,
Bert

Hi All,

I'm delighted to announce that Betsy Alison, Paralympic Team coach, is
coming to WYC to run a Team Captain Hook training camp, and Fleet 5 and
others are invited to come participate. We have 5 sessions planned and hope
10 to 15 boats are able to make each session.

*	Fri Am

*	Fri PM

*	Sat AM starts in the regular on the water training. If we get
enough boat we will have a separate line and our own PRO.

*	Sat PM

*	Sun AM

Team Captain Hook will be sailing Sesame Street as Captain Hook is on its
way to Weymouth England. Therefore there are going to be people who need
rides on boats and people like Terry Foster who will skip someones boat and
coach at the same time. The same for Team John. We are proud that there
attendance at the Team Captain Hook training sessions last summer helped
them win a bronze medal at the Mallory Cup in Sonars.

Could someone step up and offer to organize the boats and the people for
each of the 5 sessions so as many people as possible can take advantage of
the training.

Remember, the NAs are coming in September and you want your team to be as
good as you can be for that regatta.

BTY, I recently talk to Brian Hayes at North Sails, and he is excited about
coming later in the summer to train the Fleet.

Regards,

Bert
