[Sonar] Approximate Times for Captain Hook Training

Hi All,
The sessions are about 2 to 2-1/5 hours plus a debrief.
 
Fri gather about 9:00-9:30 ready to go.  Afternoon, gather about 1-1:30
ready to go.

Sat gather about 8:30 for starting lecture.  Go on the water about 9:45.
Satarts until 12:00 or 12:15, lunch provided.  Afternoon start about
1:30-2:00
 
Sun, gather about 9:00 train until abour noon.
