[Sonar] Volunteers needed THIS weekend for the Capri/Catalina Regatta

I sent this out yesterday, but it is "Awaiting Moderator Approval" because I
CC'd the Capri committee.  So, you will probably get this twice..
Eventually.

 

As you hopefully know, the Capri Fleet has agreed to provide volunteers for
our regatta at the end of September, and the Sonar Fleet agreed to provide
volunteers for the Capri/Catalina regatta, which is next weekend!  I hope
most Sonar owners and crew will volunteer to work 4-5 hours on one or more
days.  Following is a list of likely duties.  Feel free to work 2
consecutive time slots if you can

 

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, one volunteer to help me set up and clean up
breakfast. We will also make any lunches that are needed.  (Arrive by 7:30
a.m.)

 

 

Friday Bar and Dinner Set-up 3:30 to 5:30 - 3 or 4 people

 

Friday Bartenders  5:00 to 7:00 - 2 or 3 people

                                      7:00 to 9:00 - 2 or 3 people - John
Sligh, Liz Sligh, Marty Fossen, Kathy Fossen

                                      9:00 to clean-up - 2 or 3 people -

Friday Grill Guys - 4 people (2 for each grill) - Doug Dickerson, James
Schwinghammer

 

Friday dinner servers  (keep the food table stocked, keep things moving)
5:00 to 8:00 - 2 or 3 people

 

Friday clean up - 3 or 4 people - John Sligh, Liz Sligh

 

Saturday dinner prep 1:00 to 3:00 - 2 or 3 people

                                                3:00 to 5:00 - 2 or 3 people

 

Saturday Bar and Dinner Set-up 3:30 to 5:30 - 3 or 4 people  -- Liz Sligh &
daughter

 

Saturday  Bartenders  5:00 to 7:00 - 2 or 3 people

                                      7:00 to 9:00 - 2 or 3 people

Saturday one person to sell dinner tickets/check for wristbands (arrive at
4:30)

Sunday Lunch Help - 3 or 4 people

 

Sunday Bartenders - 3 people -- 

 

Sunday clean-up - 5 or 6 people

 

We may have to get Capri people to tend bar and clean up on Sunday, because
we have a race at 2 p.m.!
