[Sonar] Crew looking for Thursday ride

Hey Gang,
My friend Dan Raether is looking for opportunities to crew on Thursday evening races.  He's a beginner with a number of races under his belt in past seasons with me and with John Graves.  Both John's and our Thursday program are full so I told Dan I would check around.  Though a beginner, Dan has a couple of the key ingredients of good crew, those of focus with a excellent attitude.
