[Sonar] Canadian's coming for SoN regatta arriving Wednesday, Sept 12

All:

There will be one Sonar boat load of Canadians coming to the Star of the
North regatta that will be arriving sometime around quittin' time (5PM) on
Wednesday, Sept 12.

I thought it would be nice if we got together and helped them splash that
evening (many hands make light work) and welcome them back to Wayzata by
taking them over to the Muni.

I've got a crane card.

I'll send out an email when they arrive in Fargo (where the arrival time is
far more certain)
