[Sonar] Canceling Team Racing Event This Weekend

Unfortunately we are CANCELING the team racing event for this weekend.
Due we have enough boats but not enough crew due to a number of people that
had last minute conflicts.
As an alternative I encourage everyone to come out for the Fall Regatta!!!!
 If you are a skipper that is looking for crew a number of people should be
available.
