[Sonar] Update on Capris moving to Shorewood and lift swaps.

Steve, Tom & Troy

I talked with Troy earlier and he is going to be largely unavailable.
 Since it appears we have capacity right now, I will just put Troy's boat
Redline on my lift and take his slip.  Troy we will move it and put it back
and take good care of it no need for you to do anything, we will move it
Thursday next week and put it back Sunday. Troy if you boat goes anywhere
else, i.e. a buoy to make more room I will let you know and we will take
responsibility to get it moved safely.
