Friday - Sonar Fleet

1)      Provide at least 1 person to help set up and serve the breakfast from 7:00 to 8:30 AM.

2)      Provide several people to prepare the box lunches and have them available by 8:30 AM.



3)      Provide at least 1 person to clean up breakfast and put remaining food away. This could also require mopping the kitchen and vacuuming the main room as required.



4)      Provide 1 person from 3:00 PM till dinner to assist Jill Bull in the kitchen in dinner preparation.



5)      Provide 2 people to man the grill from 5:00 to 7:00 to cook the burgers and brats.

7)      Provide 2 responsible people behind the bar from 4:30 till 10:00 to assist Barnie.

9)      Provide at least 2 people from 10:30 till done to clean up the clubhouse, mop & vacuum as needed.

Subject: [Sonar] Star of the North - Help Needed Please

Good morning

For this year's Star of the North regatta the regatta committee has asked each fleet to take one day to be responsible for shore activities.
The plan is for the Sonar fleet to cover Friday, the Capri fleet to cover Saturday and the S2-7.9 fleet to cover Sunday.

We are looking for a volunteer from the Sonar Fleet to be the Sonar Regatta Lead person to work with the committee and be sure the following activities have the required helpers.

Please let me know if you are willing to be the Sonar Regatta Lead person.
Each fleet member should also volunteer for one of the activities below.
Please let me know which activity you are willing to volunteer for.

We all need to chip in to make this event successful.
