Good Morning

Thank you for all who have volunteered.
We have also had a couple more volunteer but people had already signed up for the openings and they are choosing other options.

We still need
1 volunteer from 3:00 - dinner to help Jill Bull in the kitchen.
2 people in the kitchen from 6:00 till done to clean up dinner dishes

It would be nice to have one more to help set up and serve the breakfast from 7:00 to 8:30 AM.
Maybe one more to prepare the box lunches and have them available by 8:30 AM
1 more person to help Liz clean up breakfast and put remaining food away.
Anyone who can help at the end of the night from 10:30 till done to clean up the clubhouse, mop & vacuum as needed would be a huge help


Friday - Sonar Fleet

1)      Provide at least 1 person to help set up and serve the breakfast from 7:00 to 8:30 AM.

2)      Provide several people to prepare the box lunches and have them available by 8:30 AM.

Kate Barry and 2 parents



3)      Provide at least 1 person to clean up breakfast and put remaining food away. This could also require mopping the kitchen and vacuuming the main room as required.
Liz Sligh



4)      Provide 1 person from 3:00 PM till dinner to assist Jill Bull in the kitchen in dinner preparation.



5)      Provide 2 people to man the grill from 5:00 to 7:00 to cook the burgers and brats.

6)      Provide 3 people to help serve dinner from 6:00 to 7:00

7)      Provide 2 responsible people behind the bar from 4:30 till 10:00 to assist Barnie.

Jerry Hammann, Chuck Bangasser, Ken Stieers, Gail Klein



8)      Provide 2 people in the kitchen from 6:00 till done to clean up dinner dishes.


9)      Provide at least 2 people from 10:30 till done to clean up the clubhouse, mop & vacuum as needed.
