[Sonar] Champ of Champ Champion

At the Sonar meeting this past spring we voted that our Champ of Champs
representative would be the current leader of the Sunset Series rather than
the Champ Series as the Thursday racing is much more competitive than
Sunday. As of today, our Champion is Ben Burgum of Allegedly.
