[Sonar] Star of the North Regatta updates

A few quick things:

   - You have only two weeks left to register for $100.  After that, the
   price goes up to $120.
   - The shirt designs are complete.  Please see below.  You can purchase
   them online here: http://www.star-of-the-north.org
   - Remember to polish your hull and get your team uniforms.  Weather
   permitting, we hope to get some great drone footage.
   - Finally, if you've recently sunken your boat, please try to get all of
   the repairs done.  It's only 62 days away!
