[Sonar] Any comments, questions, concerns about applying for sanctioning for the SotN????

The only "issue" with the NOR is that it's already been published and the SCA didn't approve it beforehand.

That doesn't mean that they can't, or that if there are issues that they think need to be addressed we can't address them.

Ken.  I was under the understanding from the email from kevin kenny that the nor wouldn't allow it this year...case closed. Not true or misinderstood?
