[Sonar] Reminder: save the date Nov 4

Just a reminder to save November 4 for our Sonar session with the local
judging experts Kevin Kenny and Bruce Martinson.  (7 pm at the club)

They are putting together scenario descriptions and an overview of the 2017
rule changes as well.
