Subject: 2016 Star of the North - Registration assumptions    Thanks to those of you who could attend last night's meeting.  As a follow-up, please have a look at the registration assumptions that we're using for the regatta plan.  Basically looking to sanity check the local boat participation.      Fleet captains especially: Please confirm the boats you think will make it ...even though we're counting on you to make an effort to get them all.
