[Sonar] Star of the North Regatta

Just a couple weeks to go, and we've got a great event taking shape.  The
S2 fleet is now up to 5.  We already have more boats registered than last
year, and with several more teams preparing to register, this will be the
largest regatta we've had in quite a while.

I think there are a few more boats in the Capri, Sonar, and S2 fleets that
could be chartered, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you can field
a team.
