[Sonar] Boat swap event for over the 4th (the week of)

All:

Last week, I sent an email out about the idea of having a boat swap
(skippers/crews switching boats) for a casual sailing evening on July 6 or
7.

However, the overwhelming response has been that almost everyone will be
out of town the week of July 4.

So, we'll hold off until our first Fri event on July 14.

If people want,  we ask JR if its ok that, that evening be a boat swap
