[Sonar] SotN 1 month out!

Hey folks,

The Star of the North regatta is one month out, time to get your entry in and your team together, and make sure all of your class and fleet dues are paid.

The Sonar fleet is responsible for volunteers for Saturday night.   Dinner will be catered,  we'll need a few hands to help set up, and some to help clean up.  And we'll run the bar.   I'll send out a note the week before to get names and shift assignments (NO YOU ALL CAN'T HAVE EARLY SHIFTS AT THE BAR!!!)
