Fleet Captains,

Volunteers for Banquet Set Up
We need a couple members from each fleet to help pickup, deliver, and arrange trophies, photos and glassware at the Banquet.  Volunteers should meet at the WYC clubhouse at 12PM on Saturday November 17th.

Please reply who from your fleet will be helping.

Traveling Trophies
Fleet captains should locate all traveling trophies and insure last year's recipient has it cleaned, engraved, and dropped off at the club.
For free engraving, bring the nameplate only to our vendor:
