[Sonar] Sonar fleet #5 2020 planning meeting: December 19

This is not related to the planning for the North Americans which is a
separate effort.

This one is to plan/schedule some of our non-North American regatta
events:   parties,  Galveston, sat/sun schedule preferences, club slip
reminders, and other items that I will put an agenda up for.

Just pen this in your calendar for now:

Thursday December 19,  7PM at the WYC clubhouse
