[Sonar] Tonights meeting still held even with weather

All:

I got hung up with getting to Wayzata last evening due to the weather but
there was quorum to make some planning decisions for the year.

For those of us that were stuck downtown or farther away from Wayzata,
yesterday was a challenge!

For those that came,  thanks for participating and there will be published
results soon.
