[Sonar] Congrats to all SotN participants and thanks to helpers!

The Star of the North was a great success.

We had three Canadian teams down with one new one!

Congrats to all that participated in the racing and those who helped out
behind the scenes make it all possible!

Be sure to mark your calendar for next year.   Note that next year the Star
of the North and the Sonar North American championships will be in
September 2020 and one week apart.
