[Sonar] Update from WYC fleet captain meeting 4/20/20

Hi Sonar family:

I just wanted to let you know that the WYC board is actively meeting with
the fleet captains and leaving an open channel of communication with
updates.   They understand that people are hungry for information.    I
plan to give you updates from them whenever they update to us.

We hear things through the media about the Governor making rules changes
etc., In terms of the club and our sailing however,  we need to get our
directions from the WYC board and not from our own interpretation.

It is also important from a standpoint of the club's standing with the
local governments as well that we follow this.   Violations of the rules
would be punitive to say the least.

That being said,   there are still many things being actively discussed and
evaluated on behalf of us by the WYC board but there are no tangible
changes or timeline for such at this time.

This plus the fact that as citizens,  we need to keep ourselves,  our
colleagues and our loves ones safe.

This too shall pass!

On the other hand,  I would love to have a Zoom social where we can get
going with our rules discussions (rule 18!) .  The WYC board has a Zoom
account that we can use.    I'm sure a lot of us have gotten pretty good a
running meetings/gatherings with video conferencing!

Does next Thursday evening 6:15 sound good for people to Zoom on the
rules?
