[Sonar] Check your snubbers Sunday and Monday

We are projected to get the left side of the remnants of the tropical storm
on Sunday/Monday from the South.

If you're in the water,   please check your snubbers.

For those of us who have had boats in a hurricane,  this is just the
leftovers but still will be pretty windy from an exposed direction as I
see.   Generally when it says 18 with a red indication on Sailflow,  it
means gusts well past 30 knts.
