[Sonar] Looking for a few volunteers for an easy project

All:

First,  I hope everyone is safe and well.  Keep up the diligence!

While nothing is for certain,  the fact that the multi billion $$ Olympics
are moving forward full steam ahead is, I hope, a good omen for us for next
season.

Second:  last year we approved to have some tall banner flags (technically
called ‘feather flags’) for Sonar fleet #5 for use at regattas,  relevant
social events or any WYC event where we want to band wagon promote the
Sonar fleet.

I would like to get some input from some volunteers (not neccesarily boat
owners),  to help me make the best choices for this.  Details such as:

- what we want printed and color(s) of each feather

- vendor/quality

- size of feather and method of mounting (weighted vs staked etc)

I will coordinate payment and receipt etc.

Perhaps a little fun project for a few of us to help think about a much
better 2021!
