Our first race is next week already!

I waited as long as possible to try to gather as much information about how
our season will turn out.

Other evenings in the week  (e.g. thursday) are already taken up,  so this
is about the last time slot we can take before our first event of the
season.

Agenda:

   - Q/A about participation policies as dictated by the state and WYC board
  -  Friday night events, double handed Lonar,  double handed Monday events
etc.
  - Outlook for fall regatta events
  - Dues for activities
  - New fleet captain, treasurer etc.
  - Anything new from the fleet members
