[Sonar] Cancelling this Friday's Sonar sail/social

All:

I'm cancelling this Friday's Sonar sail and social due to the
consensus that there are many events this weekend  (Sat race,  Sun race,
Monday doublehanded race).

The next scheduled Sonar sail/social is scheduled for late July and will be
in the team racing format.

I'll come back around then and see if we can get enough boats.
