[Sonar] Sonar fleet #5 meeting scheduled for next Wed, Sept 8 6:30PM at the club (tenatively)

By popular request and need,  I'd like to schedule a fleet meeting next
Wednesday, Sept 8 at 6:30PM,  tentatively at the club.

Its possible due to possible guideline changes that this may go back to
being a Zoom format  (I hope not)

Our agenda:

 - having spare parts (e.g. mast and rails) here in MN since the supply
chain and transportation of especially the long items is difficult.

- Recruitment.  Ideas and a discussion of what works and things we can work
on in that dept over the winter.
