[Sonar] Minutes from our Sonar fleet meeting, Sept 8, 2021

Also - a reminder for all boats to pay their $25 (or $75 if you’re feeling the love) Sonar Association Fee. 
This supports national efforts to support the greater fleet, and both Hans and JR have been working with the national association.
