Fleets will be scored.. Sonar scoring 1,2,3...
AND
All boats will be scored under PHRF.. so all competitors will in addition
to the fleet finishing place be given a finishing place as a PHRF boat

Starts 3 groups/starts by PHRF ratings
Sonar PHRF rating is 174
(So we are 2nd group/start)
