Fleet 13, I am pleased to announce that we will be hosting the annual Kirby Cup

you are probably aware, the Kirby Cup is the annual Team Racing Championship
sanctioned by the Sonar Class Association to honor its designer, Bruce Kirby.
The 2007 Kirby Cup Regatta will be sailed on <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Galveston</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Bay</st1:PlaceType> at TCYC which is located

some preliminary feedback as to the currently scheduled date for the
Regatta. After a recent organizational meeting of the Club regatta
coordinators, we are proposing the dates of April 14-15, 2007. This happens to
be the weekend after Easter weekend and also a typically beautiful time of year
for sailing on <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Galveston</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Bay</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>. This announcement is
being sent to all Sonar Fleets and it is our goal to host at least 4-6 fleets
