Fleet Captains</span></b> <br>

of year……Trophy sorting<b> <span style="color:red">TUESDAY NOVEMBER
10th at 6PM at WYC</span></b></span> <br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt">Refreshments
and food will be served….after the sorting:) Please communicate any
special requests. </span></p>
<p><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Glass
Trophies</span></b> <br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt">It is expected
that 2 members from each fleet come help sort the trophy glassware for the
banquet. Please communicate via email that two members from your fleet have
been identified and will be attending. Last year it took approximately 2-3
hours. </span></p>
<p><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Traveling
Trophies</span></b> <br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt">As fleet
captains, you are responsible for locating your fleets traveling trophies and
confirming the last year recipient will have it cleaned and dropped off at the
club before November 1st. </span></p>
<p><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Volunteer
for Banquet Set Up</span></b> <br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt">Please plan to
help pickup, deliver, and set up the trophies at the Banquet room in the
Minnetonka Sheraton. The volunteers will be</span><b><u> </u></b><b><u><span style="font-size:10.0pt">meeting at the WYC
club at 12AM on Saturday November 1<span style="color:black">4</span>th. </span></u></b></p>
