<P>I have recently been able to connect with George Battis who is the Northern Star Council lead for Sea Scouts (BSA). He assures me that there are 4-5 Ships (Sea Scouts call it a Ship instead of a Troop) with 10-15 kids in each, that would give their right arm to have the opportunity to race. I hope to have some discussions with him in the next week or two.</P>
