of the WYC "On the Water training". This session is all about
Starts. A 30 to 45 min talk by Bert on the Rules and Tactics of
Starting. I would like to have Betsy join me and give her take on all
things about the start. Ernie assigns guests to member's boats and we all
go on the water for 2+ hours of contineous 3 min starts. We will have two
different starting lines. One for just Sonars run by Blake Middleton with
helper and one for all others run by other race officers. About
